How do I know a product is licensed?
Every product page includes the attribution, e.g., “Under license to Bravado (UMG)” or “Officially licensed by [Artist/Label].” If it’s on TNC, it’s cleared with the rights-holders.
What sizes and fits do you offer?
We focus on music-inspired silhouettes:
Oversized: Loose and drapey, made for streetwear styling.
Relaxed: Easy, classic fit.
Check each product’s size chart. If you’re between sizes, go true-to-size for Relaxed, and your usual size for an intended Oversized drape.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We offer exchanges for size or eligible issues within 3 days of delivery (₹150 exchange fee; subject to stock availability).
Returns/cancellations aren’t accepted; all sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or store credit if stock isn’t available.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Payment options depend on the campaign and carrier availability. Prepaid is always faster and ensures your size is locked on limited runs.
Are the t-shirts good quality?
Yes. We use heavy cotton fabrics and high-quality inks that retain detail and color over time. Because designs are officially licensed, artwork meets artist/label standards, ensuring the best print fidelity.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take up to 3 days to reflect after dispatch.
