Return & Exchange Policy – The Noise Culture

 

Overview

We offer a 3-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Requests must be raised within this period to be eligible.

 

All approved resolutions are issued as store credits or product exchanges only. No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

 

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Size Exchanges

  • Accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability
  • Only applicable for size-related issues, not style or design preferences
  • A ₹150 pickup & handling fee applies per request

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you have two options:

  • Exchange – swap for another product of your choice
  • Store Credit – if you don't wish to purchase right away, we'll issue store credit to use on a future order

A ₹150 pickup & handling fee applies. Store credit will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will inspect and resolve promptly.

 

What We Do Not Accept

  • Cash or payment gateway refunds under any circumstances
  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind
  • Cancellations once an order is placed
  • Returns on sale items or gift cards

Do not place a new order assuming the previous one will be picked up or refunded. We do not cancel or refund either order in such cases.

 

How to Raise a Request

Email us at support@thenoiseculture.com with your order number, issue description, and photos if applicable. Do not send items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If 10 business days have passed since your store credit was approved with no update, write to us at communication@thenoiseculture.com.
