Return & Exchange Policy – The Noise Culture
We have a 3-day exchange only policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item(s) to request a size exchange or report a product issue.
To be eligible, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, contact us at support@thenoiseculture.com.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note — do not place a new order assuming the previous item will be picked up and refunded. We do not cancel or refund either the original order or the new order in such cases. Only the standard exchange process, as explained above and once approved, can be used for any exchanges.

Size Exchanges
We accept size exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

A ₹150 exchange fee will apply.

Exchanges are only accepted for size-related issues — not for style or design changes.

Product Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

We will inspect the issue and resolve it promptly.
Returns & Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

If a product is damaged and a replacement is not available

If a size exchange is requested but the size is out of stock
In such cases, refunds will be issued only as store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, store credit will be issued within 7 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at communication@thenoiseculture.com.
