The Setlist: FAQs

Is this official merch?

Yes. Every piece on TNC is officially licensed and cleared with the artist, label or rights holder, so the designs are artist-approved and royalties go back to the people who made the music. No bootlegs. No BS.

How do I pick my size?

One Size Fit

Every product has its own size chart, so check it before you order. Regular and Relaxed fits are true to size. For Oversized, take your usual size for the intended drape.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–6 business days to metros and Tier-1 cities, and 5–10 business days to Tier-2/3 cities and the rest of India. You'll get a tracking link on email or WhatsApp once it ships. Drop and pre-order dates are listed on the product page.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Free shipping, everywhere in India.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Pay online instead and you get ₹100 off (not applicable on pre-orders).

Wrong size?

You can swap sizes within 3 days of delivery if the piece is unworn, unwashed and has its tags on. A ₹150 pickup and handling fee applies, and exchanges depend on stock. There are no cash refunds. Approved returns come back as store credit.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Write to support@thenoiseculture.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll sort it out.

Will it restock?

It depends on the drop. Tour and limited drops usually don't come back.

How do I keep the print loud?

Wash it inside out in cold water, skip the dryer, and never iron directly on the print.
